What did you try to do exactly? Where did you enter the number? Note that a telephone number with dsl is not necessarily a broadband(voip) number. It could be an analogue number.
The number you must enter there must be a broadband number. If your line is analog it will not let you submit it. A line with internet connection is not always a broadband line.
When you login to your MyCyta account you can see many different options. On the top you can see an option “Add Telephony”. This option is only available for BBT (Voip) lines, not analogue lines.
If you want to add an analogue line you have to add generally an Ebill account. Your analogue land line will be added through that service.
Since you are receiving the particular message, then it has been added. You will need to login to MyCyta and when you do so, you will see the options located on the left hand side tabs. Hope this helps!

Please specify where you entered the number, for ex. are you trying to register to Cyta's page, sign up for electronic invoicing?
